1. Can I use the same email address and password that I used on to log in to

You can continue to use the same login information to sign into your account on If you have an existing account on Amazon with the same email address associated with your account, please use your Amazon password and not your password to sign in.

2. How can I contact Customer Service when I am not able to log in?

3. How can I manage the account balance I had on my account?

You can either withdraw your account balance to a local bank/post office account of your choice directly on or transfer it to your Gift Card balance.

To withdraw your account balance please click here. You can select Withdraw next to your available account balance. If you are not able to access your account balance on, you can withdraw this on instead by clicking here.

To transfer the account balance to your Amazon Gift Card balance:

  1. Go to Your Orders.
  2. Click on Souq Orders.
  3. Locate the Funds in Account .
  4. Select Transfer to Gift Card balance.
  5. Confirm the transfer by clicking Yes. The Account balance will be transferred to the Amazon Gift Card balance within 48 hours.

The Gift Card balance can be used to place new orders on The amount is non-withdrawable and non-transferrable.

Your account balance will be automatically applied to your next eligible order. If your order total is more than your account balance, the remaining amount can be paid for by credit/debit card.

If you want to use your account balance another time, you can choose to check out without using your account balance when you select your payment method.

4. Will my orders, payment methods and addresses be available on the account?

Yes. You can access your orders by visiting Your Account and selecting Your Orders in your account. For your convenience, any payment methods and addresses used by you on in the last year have automatically been integrated with your account. Please visit Your Account page to learn more.

If your details have not been automatically transferred, you can enter your payment and address information on the Your Account page. You can also enter this information when checking out an item and placing an order.

5. Will I be able to see my wishlists in my Account?

If you had created, updated or purchased items from your wishlists on or after January 1, 2019, you will be able to see most of the items in Your Lists on your account as private wishlists. You can change the privacy settings of Your Lists.

To change your privacy settings:

  1. Go to Your Lists
  2. Select Manage List from the list menu (...) at the top of your list.
  3. Select your preferred privacy setting under Privacy in the Manage List window.

    Public: Anyone can search for and see this list.

    Shared: Only people with a link (URL) of your list can see this list.

    Private: Only you can see this list.

  4. Click Save Changes in the Manage List window to confirm.

6. I had items in my Shopping Cart on Will the items be available in my account?

If you added, saved items for later, or updated items in your shopping cart on or after January 1, 2019, You will be able to find most of the items in the "Saved for Later" section on your Shopping Cart. You can move an item from your "Saved for Later" items to your shopping cart by clicking on "Move to Cart”.

7. How private and secure is my information?

Amazon knows that you care to know how information about you is used and shared. That being said, you will note that your browsing and shopping experience on is governed by the Amazon Terms & Conditions and Amazon Privacy Policy .

To keep your information secure:

  1. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
  2. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  3. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
