1. Can I use the same email address and password that I used on Souq.com to log in to Amazon.eg?
You can continue to use the same login information to sign into your account on Amazon.eg. If you have an existing account on Amazon with the same email address associated with your Souq.com account, please use your Amazon password and not your Souq.com password to sign in.
2. How can I contact Customer Service when I am not able to log in?

3. How can I manage the account balance I had on my Souq.com account?
You can either withdraw your Souq.com account balance to a local bank/post office account of your choice directly on Amazon.eg or transfer it to your Amazon.eg Gift Card balance.
To withdraw your account balance please click here. You can select Withdraw next to your available Souq.com account balance. If you are not able to access your account balance on Amazon.eg, you can withdraw this on Souq.com instead by clicking here.
To transfer the account balance to your Amazon Gift Card balance:
The Gift Card balance can be used to place new orders on Amazon.eg. The amount is non-withdrawable and non-transferrable.
Your Amazon.eg account balance will be automatically applied to your next eligible order. If your order total is more than your account balance, the remaining amount can be paid for by credit/debit card.
If you want to use your Amazon.eg account balance another time, you can choose to check out without using your Amazon.eg account balance when you select your payment method.
4. Will my Souq.com orders, payment methods and addresses be available on the Amazon.eg account?
Yes. You can access your Souq.com orders by visiting Your Account and selecting Your Orders in your Amazon.eg account. For your convenience, any payment methods and addresses used by you on Souq.com in the last year have automatically been integrated with your Amazon.eg account. Please visit Your Account page to learn more.
If your details have not been automatically transferred, you can enter your payment and address information on the Your Account page. You can also enter this information when checking out an item and placing an order.
5. Will I be able to see my Souq.com wishlists in my Amazon.eg Account?
If you had created, updated or purchased items from your Souq.com wishlists on or after January 1, 2019, you will be able to see most of the items in Your Lists on your Amazon.eg account as private wishlists. You can change the privacy settings of Your Lists.
To change your privacy settings:
Public: Anyone can search for and see this list.
Shared: Only people with a link (URL) of your list can see this list.
Private: Only you can see this list.
6. I had items in my Shopping Cart on Souq.com. Will the items be available in my Amazon.eg account?
If you added, saved items for later, or updated items in your Souq.com shopping cart on or after January 1, 2019, You will be able to find most of the items in the "Saved for Later" section on your Amazon.eg Shopping Cart. You can move an item from your "Saved for Later" items to your shopping cart by clicking on "Move to Cart”.
