Terms & Conditions for Free Delivery First Order Program in Egypt

These Offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Amazon.eg Conditions of Use & Sale. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

Free Delivery on First Order is a limited offer only. This offer can be extended/terminated by Amazon, in its sole discretion without any prior notice.

During the Offer Period (from 19 May 2022 to 31 December 2023), customers placing their first shopping order on Amazon.eg will be eligible for the offer (free standard delivery). For any subsequent order below an order value of EGP 350.

Free delivery is applicable only for Standard Delivery. Customers will be charged a delivery fee for guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One-day/Two-day delivery.

Free delivery is applicable for only ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’ (FBA) items excluding Amazon Heavy and Bulky items. Free delivery on first order is not applicable on Seller Fulfilled items. Delivery charges for Seller Fulfilled item vary by item as they are determined by each seller and are displayed on the product and checkout pages.

In case a customer has placed a Seller fulfilled order, a digital order (e-books) before, he / she will not qualify for this offer.

In case you cancel your first order prior to delivery, you will still be eligible for this offer.

Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

3. What items are eligible for FREE delivery?

Only ‘Fulfilled by Amazon' (FBA) items (excluding Amazon Heavy & Bulky items) are eligible for free delivery on first order. Free delivery offer is not applicable on Seller Fulfilled items. In case, you have placed a Seller fulfilled order on Amazon.eg before your first ‘Fulfilled by Amazon’ (FBA) purchase, you will not be eligible for this offer.

4. What if I order one FBA and one Seller fulfilled item together in my first order?

You will get free delivery on FBA items in your cart. However, delivery charges for Seller fulfilled items will continue to apply.

5. Will I get free guaranteed Morning/Same-day/One-day/Two-day delivery?

Free delivery is applicable only for Standard Delivery (typically delivers in 1-2 days). You will be charged a delivery fee for other shipping methods.

6. What if I have a payment failure/cancel or return my first order, will I still be eligible for offer?

Yes, you will still be eligible for free delivery on your first order. Once your payment failure/order cancellation is confirmed, you will be eligible for free delivery until you place your first successful order, while the offer lasts.
