Issues
1- Screen is not adjustable at all which is very annoying and makes work difficult. Also the neck on the
monitor stand is very low.
2- Only one HDMI port
3- Has VGA port- who uses that in 2022. Not sure why Samsung has included that. It should have another
HDMI port instead of that
4- Power On/OFF switch is on the backside of the monitor which is hard to find
5- Settings buttons are also hard to find

Good Features-
1-Colors are good considering 1080P on 27inch monitor
2- Screen is bright and quality of the text is crisp.

Should i but it again- NO
Reason- Some other brands are providing adjustable screens at the same price.

I bought this monitor because I need it urgently. It was delivered quickly. However I did not like its resolution. the charters are blurred and the thin lines cannot be seen. I wanted to return it. The Amazon said it will be collected by a courier on the next day between 8am-6pm. The next day was Saturday and I waited for the courier at home. Nobody came. I called Amazon customer service. They apologized and promised me it will be collected in two days. Again nobody called on Sunday. I wanted to be sure if it would be collected on Monday so I used to chat service to discuss the matter. The guy at Amazon told me it would be picked up in two days again. I tried to explain to him the situation but he only said he will try to speed up the process but cannot guarantee. I do not know what to do. I could not return the bad monitor so that I can buy another one.

I have come to UAE from the UK recently. I have never ever faced such a problem. It is a really disappointing experience. I decided not to use Amazon in UAE. If I bought it from a shop I would be able to return it myself on time. So be aware of this problem when you purchase something from Amazon.

I would say that for the price of 500 AED this IPS monitor has the best value I could find at the time of purchase. It has a good enough build quality with a little bit wobbly stand but the borders, the brightness and the colors were great for office use. It doesn't have a speaker or 3.5mm audio output so keep that in mind. It is VESA mount compatible if that's your thing. Overall I'm happy with the purchase, and I would recommend this monitor for office /regular use as I did not test it for any sort of gaming at all.
