I waited for the product for a week or so, and the one delivered didn't look like a fresh piece and had colour bleeding stains. But since I was in urgent need of the item to use it for my baby to position his head right, I washed it and used it rather than returning.
first 2 days went well, but later my baby started slipping his head on top of it, and so didn't find it of much help for his flat head.
