Brilliant value for a gold certified power supply with enough power to handle everything in my rig with ease. The main disappointing sector is the motherboard cable having to occupy 2 spaces on the PSU. I do not know if this is normal but it just causes ugly cabling & takes for too much space than it needs.
I come from a non modular supply and it was hard to cable manage 100% effectively however it was much easier than this. I found cabling very intrusive as a whole but as mentioned before the biggest annoyance is just how thick the cables are.
The cables also have some sort of capacitors right on the ends that are visible in the case which is another ugly factor of these cables. I'm assuming this is there to help with the gold certification but they are just extremely ugly to look at dangling off your cables.
For the price I paid and for the sheer upgrade from a bronze 600w it's not that bad, probably will spend extra for extension cabling just so it isn't so ugly.
Infact I almost forgot, with my non modular I could keep the HDD cage in the case, with this it had to be removed.
